Sautéed Kale

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add chopped onions and garlic and saute for approximately 5 minutes until onions are translucent.

2. Add kale to pan with water, soy sauce, black pepper and paprika.

3. Occasionally, turn kale with spatula.

4. Cover kale and cook, continuing to turn occasionaly, for approximately 7 minutes or until kale is tender.

5. Serve along side your favorite entree. Pictured is kale paired with grilled arctic char.

Ingredients:
1 bunch of Kale, rinsed, torn into small pieces, and tough stems removed.
1 small Yellow Onion, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Water
5 tsp Soy Sauce
