Today is my 26th birthday! This is the one time of the year I get to celebrate with my favorite dessert...cake!
Like I always say, everything in moderation. Eat the foods you love...have a plan; eat healthier and exercise a little extra to make up for those desserts or heavier foods you will be eating during the week you'll be celebrating. Life can still be delicious; here's to celebrating lifes greatest moments!
