Honey Apple Pork Chop |
2, 8 oz Pork chops, bone in
2 Honey Crisp Apples, peeled and thinnly sliced
2 tsp Honey
2 tsp Agave nectar
Cinnamon to taste
Salt to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Meanwhile, place pork chops in a baking dish. Coat each pork chop with 1 teaspoon of honey and agave. Layer tops of pork chops with apple slices. Sprinkle tops with salt and cinnamon. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
