Cheese Biscuits


Ingredients:
2 cups Flour
2 T Sugar
4 tsp Baking powder
1/3 cup Oil
3/4 cup Milk
3 oz Cheddar cheese grated
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Mix all dry ingredients. Add cheese and mix well. Add oil and milk to dry ingredients and mix until just wet. Flatten dough on a board or counter top; cut 12 circles about 1/2 inch to 1 inch thick.

3. Bake for 15-20 minutes; reduce cooking time to 10-12 minutes if using a dark pan.
