Chicken in the Crock Pot
This is my all time favorite meal for the Fall and Winter season. It is so simple to make and takes seconds to prepare.
Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken; skin and gibblets removed
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Poultry Seasoning
Directions:
1. Place the whole chicken in the crock pot dish. Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil on the top of the bird. Sprinkle a dash of poultry seasoning, salt and pepper on top.
2. Turn the crock pot on low and cook for 8 hours. The chicken will be moist and tender upon serving.
Serves: 4
