Easy Fajitas

Now-a-days, its difficult to find the time to whip up a homemade meal with such busy schedules. Here's a fajita recipe that cooks in the crock pot while you're away, and it will be ready when you return home!

Ingredients:
2 Bell Peppers, washed and sliced
1 Medium Onion, sliced
1 lb Fajita Meat (flank steak) or Chicken
Fajita or taco seasoning packet
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Prepare all ingredients as indicated and place in ceramic crock pot. Mix ingredients so the seasoning is well dispersed. Turn crock pot on low for 8 hours. Serve up on tortillas with shredded cheese, avocado and a sqeeze of lime juice.
