Crumbless Chicken Parmigiana


Ingredients:
4 Frozen chicken breasts (or raw chicken breasts; brown before putting in crock pot)
2 (16 oz) jars or your favorite Pasta Sauce
2 cups Spaghetti noodles
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated


Directions:
1. Place the frozen chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot. Pour one jar of the pasta sauce over the chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. About 20 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken and let melt while still in the crock pot.

2. While the cheeses are melting, prepare the spaghetti noodles according to package directions and when fully cooked, mix noodles with another jar of pasta sauce. Serve chicken a top the noodles.

Serve with a side of greens such as green beans.
