Easy Cheesy Mac & Cheese

The hubby got his wisdom teeth out this past weekend, so I was looking for something soft that he could eat for dinner. What's better than the all time comfort food, mac and cheese? This delicious recipe can be put together quickly and is ideal for the crock pot...my new favorite way to cook.

Ingredients:
8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
4 cups (16 oz) chedder cheese, shredded
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

1. Spray the inside of the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Add the cooked macaroni and the remaining ingredients (excluding 1 cup of cheese). Mix well until ingredients are combined. Sprinkle the remaining cheese (1 cup) over the top of the macaroni mixture.

2. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours or until firm. Do not stir until the mac and cheese has finished cooking!
