Roasted Winter Squash Seeds

Rinse seeds after removing from the squash. Pat dry in paper towels and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil and salt to taste. Bake at 400 degree for 15 minutes.

Roasted Winter Squash Seeds- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to Taste
Winter Squash Seeds; rinsed and dried

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Meanwhile, rinse seeds from a winter squash making sure to remove any strings or squash bits. Pat seeds dry in paper towels and spread them in an even layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and salt. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and baking sheet and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

These make a great snack!
