1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add chopped onions and garlic and saute for approximately 5 minutes until onions are translucent. |
2. Add kale to pan with water, soy sauce, black pepper and paprika. |
3. Occasionally, turn kale with spatula. |
4. Cover kale and cook, continuing to turn occasionaly, for approximately 7 minutes or until kale is tender. |
5. Serve along side your favorite entree. Pictured is kale paired with grilled arctic char. |
Ingredients:
1 bunch of Kale, rinsed, torn into small pieces, and tough stems removed.
1 small Yellow Onion, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Water
5 tsp Soy Sauce
