Semi-Homemade Salisbury Steak

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef, 1 egg, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 3 garlic cloves-chopped, 1 small onion-chopped, salt and pepper to taste, 1 container mushrooms (any type), 1 container prepared gravy.  Directions: Combine above ingredients excluding gravy and mushrooms- form meat mixture into patties. Cook in a pan with 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp butter on medium high heat browning on either side. Saute mushrooms in the pan with the salisbury steaks. Add the gravy and simmer about 15 minutes or until steaks are cooked.

Serve over egg noodles. Enjoy a quick and easy meal!
